Each treatment begins with a body smudge ceremony and ends with a doshic specific spiritual ritual (puja). Your treatment begins with an offering ceremony and body smudge. After a medicated light touch face, neck and shoulder massage you are wrapped in a heated blanket as your journey continues.
As your body heals, your spirit dives in the cool depths of your soul… Sonar is the dolphin’s way to communicate and heal. Singing bowls are used to honour the sound therapy of our ocean kin. Precious stones connected to the sea are used to grid your body and energy centers as you are guided on your meditative journey of healing. As you emerge from your watery retreat, you are grounded to Mother Earth through totem stone massage. A fire puja follows the treatment, to allow you to burn away blockages to your healing and centre you before you depart.
